Visa sponsorship

Trade · Christchurch, New Zealand · Full-Time · $35 - $41/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Foundry skills are in demand at a Christchurch manufacturing site that builds marine propulsion systems used in more than 120 countries. The foundry team needs experienced Moulders, above all people with at least five years of hands-on sand moulding in a production foundry; the foundry casts Aluminium, AB2 (aluminium bronze alloy) and Stainless Steel.

Shifts follow production needs, and they are 6:00am – 2:30pm, 7:00am – 3:30pm, 2:30pm – 10:30pm or 3:30pm – 11:30pm Monday to Friday, and 10:30pm – 6:30am or 11:00pm – 7:00am Sunday to Friday. A minimum of two weeks' notice precedes any change, and successful applicants must be available for any of them.

Being an Accredited Employer, the company may support visa applications for suitably qualified applicants, which is where sponsorship comes in.
