Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Red Migration FZC lets you use jobsabroad.co.zw only on the basis of the conditions below. They amount to a binding contract between us and you. We have kept the wording plain, and a few minutes spent on it now can prevent a dispute down the line.
1. Agreeing to these terms
Whoever uses JobsAbroad Zimbabwe in any manner accepts these terms and, as part of them, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy. A visitor who cannot accept them should leave the site.
Throughout, "we", "us" and "our" stand for Red Migration FZC of 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; "you" is any person using JobsAbroad Zimbabwe.
2. What we offer
The core of JobsAbroad Zimbabwe is a collection of vacancies in Australia and New Zealand where the advert states that the employer can sponsor a visa. Around it sit visa guides based on government publications, articles on working and living abroad, and short videos from time to time. We write mainly for readers in Zimbabwe, yet anybody may use the site. Under each job are buttons to apply by email, to put a question to us on WhatsApp and to follow our WhatsApp job channel. Using any of this does not need an account.
3. About the vacancies
A listing reproduces the role, requirements, pay and conditions in the form the employer gave them to us. Employers are free to amend or pull a vacancy at any moment. Jobs come off the site once the closing date has passed, and a few are filled earlier than that. Adverts are checked carefully before they go live, but an entry can still turn out incomplete, stale or no longer open. Confirm anything important before you act on it.
4. Sending an application
An email application is something you write and send yourself, to jobs@jobsabroad.co.zw, from your own mail app; the button merely opens our contact page first. Nothing is transmitted from your device until you press send. For a query that comes before you apply, use WhatsApp.
The material you provide (CV, certificates, references or anything else) must be accurate, up to date and something you have the right to share. Documents that are forged or tampered with seriously violate these terms.
The employer who posted the job you chose may receive your application from us; no other employer will unless you consent. How your information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer deserves a read before you build plans on any job or visa.
5. What you are free to do
You are welcome to read our pages, print them, and pass them to friends and relatives who are searching too, or to link to any of them. Applications may be made by anyone who is 18 or older. Whatever your device, connection or mobile data costs, you pay it yourself.
6. What is not allowed
- Supplying untrue details or applying in somebody else's name.
- Using bots or scripts to scrape the site or to copy listings in volume.
- Reselling or republishing our vacancies, or access to them, without written permission from us.
- Probing the site for weaknesses, trying to open the admin page or working around our request limits.
- Distributing viruses or other harmful code through the site.
- Posing as Red Migration FZC, as an employer or as another person.
- Sending spam, threats or fraudulent messages to our email address or WhatsApp number.
- Putting the site to any illegal use.
7. If the terms are broken
A breach may lead us to block an IP address, set an application aside or stop answering messages, and we may tell the authorities about serious cases. Should a claim or loss reach us because you broke these terms or gave false information, you agree to reimburse our reasonable costs.
8. Who owns the content
Ownership of the JobsAbroad Zimbabwe name, the look of the site, and our guides and articles rests with Red Migration FZC, or we hold permission to use them. An employer may own the wording of its own job advert, and a video may belong to the person who made it. Ask us in writing before you republish anything.
9. Third-party services and sites
The chats and the job channel are WhatsApp (Meta) services and the videos are played by YouTube (Google), so their own terms govern your use of them. Skills Assessment Australia, Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and English test practice, the other sites we link to, likewise have separate terms. We take no responsibility for the availability, content or behaviour of these services or of government websites.
10. Keeping the site running
Our aim is a site that is correct and always reachable, yet it is supplied "as is" and "as available". It can go offline for maintenance, because of outages at our providers, network trouble or security work. Any part of the site, and any job, may be changed, paused or removed without warning. Because job pages vanish when a role closes, record the title, link and closing date of any vacancy you want to follow up.
11. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law permits, we accept no liability for loss caused by trusting a listing, guide or article, or anything an employer says to you. The same applies to indirect loss, for instance lost earnings or chances you missed, and to what employers, immigration authorities or services outside our control decide or do. Rights given to you by law that cannot be waived are not affected.
12. Which law applies
UAE law, as it applies in the Emirate of Dubai, governs these terms and every dispute connected with them or with JobsAbroad Zimbabwe; the Dubai courts are the ones to hear such disputes. A consumer using the site keeps any legal protection that cannot be signed away by agreement.
13. General provisions
Should a court decide that one provision is unenforceable, that provision is narrowed just enough to be valid and everything else carries on. Delay on our part in insisting on a term does not mean we give it up. Together with the policies mentioned above, these terms are the complete agreement covering your use of the site.
14. Amendments
These terms can be amended by us from time to time, and the date at the top will show when. By continuing to use the site after that, you accept the new version.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms go to Red Migration FZC, by email at jobs@jobsabroad.co.zw, by phone or WhatsApp on +971 50 283 2394, or by post to 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
