The community offers a sponsorship pathway for the right candidate. The Registered Nurse would write and carry out care plans, lead the care team, manage staff performance and supervise Personal Care Workers and junior nurses.

Key Responsibilities
- Nurse with evidence, following each care plan
- Supervise graduate Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses and Personal Care Workers
- Liaise with clinical staff, residents, families, allied health professionals, GPs and external organisations
- Lead the care team to high standards
- Review staff performance regularly and support development
- Assess residents and monitor vital signs
- Manage medications and treatments
- Develop and carry out individual care plans
Requirements & Eligibility
- Holds a Bachelor of Nursing
- Holds current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Holds First Aid and CPR certificates
- Practises ethically and up to date in aged care and infection control
- Meets legal and AHPRA requirements and the Nurses Code of Conduct
- Has aged care experience and will complete ongoing mandatory training
