A household appliance business needs a Household Appliance Service & Repair Technician to diagnose, repair and service domestic clothes dryers, refrigerators, ovens, washing machines, cooktops and dishwashers in customers' homes around Brisbane and the Gold Coast, full-time or casual.
The business considers sponsorship for suitably qualified or experienced onshore applicants under approved visa programs (for example 482 or 407), subject to meeting Australian immigration requirements. A calm, methodical approach to fault-finding suits this role. Customers appreciate a technician who explains what was wrong.

Key Responsibilities
- Find faults in domestic clothes dryers, refrigerators, ovens, washing machines, cooktops and dishwashers
- Repair them in customers' homes and service them there
- Drive around The Gold Coast, surrounding areas and Brisbane
- Run your own service calls
- Work independently
Requirements & Eligibility
- Good diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently
- A valid driver's licence
- A restricted or full electrical licence
- Experience or aptitude in household appliance service and repair
- Apprentices completing an electrical or refrigeration apprenticeship are welcome, particularly with service and fault-finding experience
