Brand new vehicles often arrive at the fitting bays of a growing Australian-owned manufacturer in Melbourne, and the company now wants an experienced 4WD / auto accessories fitter who can start immediately. The business sells premium canopies, trays, toolboxes and 4WD accessories, and the fitter installs these on customers' vehicles, including the newest conventional, plug-in hybrid and electric models.
Anyone already in the automotive aftermarket or 4WD accessories trade is well placed. Suitable visa holders seeking sponsorship are considered. Applications must be in by 30 November 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Take off and replace vehicle parts, and get vehicles ready
- Fit accessories, usually on brand new vehicles
- Fit trays, drawer modules, windows and keyless entry systems built in the company's own factory
- Put together and install canopies, trays and accessories
- Deliver fitting work of a high quality, watching detail and safety closely
Requirements & Eligibility
- A driver's licence and a forklift licence (the forklift licence is something that can be arranged)
- Hands-on experience fitting vehicle accessories and doing automotive installations
- Sound knowledge of 4x4 accessories, strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Auto-electrical or OBD experience is preferred but not essential
