Hiring now in Sydney is a property risk and building consultancy that needs a Building Consultant or Senior Building Consultant. Its clients are property owners, investors, insurers and occupiers, and the portfolio is a mixed one, from commercial and retail through to industrial and alternative assets.
You would produce due diligence, condition assessments and reports, and get to work with significant, complex property assets. Visa sponsorship may be considered for outstanding candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess properties through due diligence
- Inspect and report on building condition
- Write make good (dilapidations) reports
- Give advice on property
- Work for owners, investors, insurers and occupiers across a mixed asset portfolio
Requirements & Eligibility
- A degree in Building Surveying (UK), Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years in building consultancy, surveying or property advisory
- Inspection ability that is strong
- Investigative and problem-solving ability that is strong
- Report-writing that is clear, concise and technically robust
- Confidence with clients and industry professionals
- MRICS or similar professional accreditation, or working towards it, is highly regarded
