Key Responsibilities
- Do general carpentry, framing, fixing and construction work at different sites.
- Carry out roofing: new installations, repairs and maintenance.
- Measure, cut, assemble and install timber, framing, roofing materials and building components.
- Work with exterior cladding, architraves and steel stud work.
- Follow construction drawings, plans, specifications and measurements as well as instructions.
- Work in a safe, efficient way and to a high standard.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Construction experience that is relevant, residential or commercial.
- A strong work history, and references that support the standard of your work.
- Ideally you are experienced in general carpentry, framing, fixing, roofing, exterior cladding, architraves and steel stud work, and in reading construction drawings, plans, specifications and measurements.
- Nice to have: Site Safe and other relevant trade tickets and licences.
- Nice to have: your own hand and power tools.
- Nice to have: a Drivers license and your own vehicle.
