A set of hospital positions for Clinical Pharmacists, some permanent and some short-term, is open across the Northern Territory and listed in Darwin. Expect wide clinical exposure with a diverse patient population, and day-to-day collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide pharmacy expertise at the bedside on hospital wards
- Reconcile medicines and review patients' treatment, and educate patients and answer medicines questions
- Support effective, safe handling of medications
- Partner with medical, nursing and allied health staff, and take part in safety and improvement initiatives around medication
Requirements & Eligibility
- Time in hospital or clinical pharmacy
- AHPRA registration that is current, or eligibility to obtain it
- An Australian or New Zealand internship (completed, in progress or nearly complete); overseas pharmacists with relevant experience are also encouraged
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and commitment to high-quality patient care
