A national home care provider focused on community nursing, disability and aged care is expanding in Mandurah, Western Australia, and wants Enrolled Nurses (ENs). Around-the-clock 24/7 care goes to individuals, families and communities.
The shifts vary, with active nights, and each visit is in-home care that preserves clients' independence, dignity and quality of life. Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care and personal care at the client's home.
- Maintain care plans and accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Promote safety, dignity and well-being in every interaction.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Current National Criminal History Check.
- Nursing Registration if applicable, with First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, with confidence in digital systems for care notes and communication.
- Nursing or home care experience: preferred, not essential.
