Shifts vary and include active nights, with in-home care that helps clients maintain independence, dignity and quality of life. Experience in nursing or home care is preferred but not essential. Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Care for clients clinically and personally in their homes.
- Keep care plans current and documentation accurate.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Driver's Licence (current) and a reliable vehicle.
- National Criminal History Check (current).
- Nursing Registration where applicable, plus First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Computer-literate: comfortable using digital systems for care notes and communication.
- Nursing or home care experience: preferred but not essential.
