Applicants must already hold the right to work in New Zealand for this Auckland job. A landscaping team that covers design, building and horticulture is seeking a passionate and experienced Landscape Gardener to join its crew.
The business puts customers first, from the initial meeting through to the finished garden. You would handle lawn care, pruning, weeding, planting and trimming to a high standard and lead by example. The job is a 40-hour week, part-time and casual openings are also offered, and the accredited employer is able to sponsor the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns and do pruning, weeding, planting and trimming to a high standard
- Set an example and look after clients with exceptional service
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including chainsaws, mowers, trimmers, power washers and building tools
- Keep communication open with clients and colleagues, and address their concerns
Requirements & Eligibility
- The right to work in NZ
- 2 years or more working as a landscape gardener, ideally including hard landscaping
- A horticultural qualification
- Plant knowledge that is outstanding, plus a real interest in plants
- Good communication with clients
- Team skills, and the ability to work unsupervised, follow instructions and meet deadlines
- A full driver's licence for manual and automatic vehicles (manual training is available if needed)
- Health and safety awareness, close attention to detail, initiative and a good level of physical fitness
