Karratha, in Western Australia, is where this permanent post is based, and living locally is part of the deal because the job is not FIFO. A large industrial process plant needs an Electrical Superintendent or a Lead Electrical Engineer to answer for how its electrical equipment is looked after, how dependable it is and how well it performs from day to day.

Electrical leaders in Harare or Bulawayo should show plant environments, team sizes led and shutdown work, then sharpen the engineering CV using Build AI CV so the senior experience is easy to find.
