Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is the starting point for this casual role at an aged care home in a country town north of Albury. The organisation is a values-driven, not-for-profit provider with residential aged care, home care services and retirement villages across New South Wales.
It wants a motivated, enthusiastic nurse with a passion for person-centred care, who will give residents exceptional clinical services, supported by a strong, engaged and experienced team. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents

Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse with full unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Familiarity with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Warmth towards residents with dementia, with experience or readiness to acquire it
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- A team player who is highly motivated and can cover various shifts across various days
- Up to date with the organisation's immunisation policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
- Ready to undertake a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical assessment
