A not-for-profit provider of aged care wants a Registered Nurse for a residential home in the Snowy Monaro region of regional New South Wales, on a full-time basis. The nurse looks after the health and wellbeing of residents through person-centred care and keeps care staff working to high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Talk and work openly with residents, their families and the wider healthcare team
- Provide clinical care of a high standard, following each resident's individual plan
- Keep a close watch on residents' health
- Act on any change in a resident's condition
- Give out medications and keep accurate clinical records
- Guide care staff so that standards stay high
Requirements & Eligibility
- Dedication to the organisation's values and to quality care standards
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong skills in clinical assessment, communication and documentation
- A compassionate approach to care that centres on the resident; time spent in aged care is highly regarded
