An experienced Registered Nurse is sought for a permanent, full-time position at a residential aged care home in Coffs Harbour, the home of a not-for-profit provider on the New South Wales North Coast. Rosters mix morning, afternoon and night shifts, and the Care Manager is the line manager. The nurse delivers quality clinical care, directs the personal care team on shift with coaching and supervision, and builds trust with residents and families through relationship-centred care.
The employer can provide initial 482 sponsorship, and eligible applicants may follow pathways to permanent residency.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-practice clinical nursing care
- Lead on shift, guiding, coaching and supervising the personal care team

Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration with a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, plus at least 2 years of nursing, ideally including aged care
- Knowledge of aged care legislation, the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC assessments
- Strong clinical understanding of ageing and age-related conditions
- Confidence to coach, mentor and support care staff, backed by strong communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skills
- Collaborative and positive, with competent IT skills
