A growing aged and community care provider is hiring Registered Nurses in Darwin, Northern Territory, to look after residents in a community aged care setting. Colleagues form an experienced multidisciplinary team, senior clinicians provide ongoing mentoring, and CPD support and career progression are part of the picture.
Employer sponsorship is available for eligible onshore candidates, and the role is for applicants already in Australia because working rights are required; those who are eligible have a pathway to permanent residency.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents and plan their care individually
- Deliver wound care and medication, and record clinical information accurately
- Track residents' health and react to changing needs, and look after their physical, emotional and social wellbeing
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams for safe, quality care
- Champion residents and promote good clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong skills in clinical assessment and care planning
- Excellent skills in communication and in dealing with people
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant nursing qualifications
- Previous experience in community aged care
- A current Australian driver's licence, and Australian working rights
