Clients are cared for at any hour, which helps them stay independent in their own homes, keep their dignity and enjoy a good quality of life.
The work is casual and shifts vary, active nights included. Hours are flexible, training is ongoing and so is professional development. Visa sponsorship can be arranged for overseas candidates who are qualified.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care and personal care in clients' homes
- Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
- Communicate well with clients and their families
- Communicate well with healthcare teams
- Promote safety, dignity and wellbeing in every interaction
Requirements & Eligibility
- A reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence
- Nursing registration (for the Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse roles)
- First aid and CPR certificates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy for digital care notes and communication, and experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential)
