A growing residential aged care provider with homes around four states is searching for compassionate Registered Nurses with experience, on permanent and casual terms, for its Gosford home on the Central Coast. Applicants may come from hospital, community or aged care nursing. Colleagues are welcoming, induction is structured and a buddy joins you for your early shifts.
Expect to lead person-centred care, take clinical decisions, give medications safely and build meaningful relationships with residents and families, working with colleagues from several teams. Sponsorship opportunities are there for suitable applicants.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Compassion in care, with a resident-focused approach

- Bachelor of Nursing
- AHPRA registration that is current and carries no restrictions
- A commitment to safe, high-quality care in varied clinical settings
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance that is current, or a willingness to obtain one
- Able to meet the role's physical demands
- Able to complete an online medical assessment
