Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical and personal care in clients' homes.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Driver's Licence (current) and a reliable vehicle.
- National Criminal History Check (current).
- Nursing Registration where applicable, plus First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Strong communicator with good people skills.
- Computer-literate and comfortable with digital systems for care notes and communication.
- Nursing or home care experience: preferred but not essential.
