Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred clinical services to the residents of a 28-bed aged care home, including those with dementia
- Work as part of the care team across various shifts and days
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration that is full and unrestricted, as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Open to post-graduate applications
- Experience, or willingness to gain it, working with residents with dementia, along with a real affinity for that work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a clinical setting
- A team player who is excellent and highly motivated
- Availability to work various shifts across various days
- Immunisation in line with the employer's policy, covering the required COVID-19 doses and annual influenza, plus a pre-employment medical assessment
