It is owned in Western Australia and offers in-home care, DVA services (Department of Veterans' Affairs) and community nursing, and it supplies skilled nurses to aged care facilities and hospitals across Perth, for permanent full-time roles with plenty of variety.
A Clinical Care Manager supervises the role, with work at various Perth locations, in the CBD and on both sides of the river. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Cover the full cycle of nursing care for each patient: assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation
- Work with other health professionals so that patient care stays coordinated
- Give and monitor the treatments, medications and therapies in care plans
- Lead health promotion and take part in patient education
- Oversee Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers
- Keep healthcare documentation accurate and complete
- Stay within current clinical standards, Work Health and Safety law and infection control standards, and report incidents and hazards promptly
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration, with a relevant nursing qualification for a Registered Nurse
- Community nursing and home care experience, including at least one year of full-time relevant experience
- A current National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
- A current Manual Handling Certificate
- A valid driver's licence
- Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
- An Infection Control certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
