A leading private aged care provider is inviting expressions of interest from experienced Registered Nurses for permanent full-time positions at regional homes. The role centres on high-quality clinical care that helps residents live with dignity and independence, with good outcomes for residents, their families and the team.
Work is on a flexible roster that rotates across 7 days, with learning that continues and career progression at state and national level. For applicants who qualify, sponsorship is available across regional areas in five states, as long as eligibility requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to ongoing improvement and quality of care
- Provide safe, effective and person-centred clinical care
- Assess residents and plan their care
- Complete clinical records
- Give medicines to residents
- Watch residents' health
- Work with colleagues from other disciplines, residents and families
- Support and mentor care team members
Requirements & Eligibility
- Willingness to work in regional locations across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA
- Clinical assessment and decision-making skills that are strong, plus excellent communication and teamwork
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years of Registered Nurse experience (overseas-only experience must be within the last 5 years; Australian experience highly regarded)
- Dedication to person-centred, high-quality care
- Highly regarded: residential aged care experience, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and experience leading clinical teams
