Rope Access Technician

Trade · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $30 - $36.50/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Five permanent, full-time vacancies exist for experienced abseilers with a commercial property maintenance company that has 20-plus years in New Zealand. Jobs are in property maintenance at height and span two regions, greater Auckland and Christchurch, which means regular travel, overnight stays and now and then a short trip further afield.
A normal week is 40 hours, worked either 7am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday or on night shifts, 6pm to 2am, Monday to Thursday. Contracts set a floor of 70 hours a fortnight, and you hear your roster roughly a week ahead. The employer is an accredited employer and could sponsor IRATA-qualified abseilers who are overseas now and want to work in New Zealand, so it asks them to get in touch.
Zimbabwean technicians can put a rope access CV together in Build AI CV that lists IRATA level, hours and certificates clearly.
