A Perth provider of disability support and nursing care, one that is growing, has a permanent, full-time vacancy for a Service Manager. You must be an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse: the job is to look after care services for people with disability, supervise support workers and keep the service within NDIS regulations and government standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee care services for clients with disability
- Write person-centred support plans and revise them with clients, families and health professionals
- Mentor and supervise support workers, guiding them to high standards of care and compliance
- Remain within NDIS regulations and government standards while running service delivery and client funds
- Develop strong relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders
- Keep complete documentation and assessments for every client
- Ensure the team has the resources and training for complex client needs
Requirements & Eligibility
- Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse registered with AHPRA
- Proven experience in disability care (ideally within the NDIS framework) and/or aged care
- Strong leadership and people management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds
- Dedication to high standards of clinical care and compliance
- Understands the NDIS and has experience with clients who have complex needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, plus a Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate less than 3 years old
- Valid driver's licence
