Proven special class welders, boilermakers and pipefitters can apply for full-time roles with a Brisbane welding and fabrication business. The welders handle GMAW (STT), FCAW and GTAW processes, and the pipefitters put together pipes, gaskets, valves and associated equipment in stainless and carbon steel to a range of specifications.
Trade-qualified people with strong leadership, high-level technical knowledge, excellent planning and well-developed verbal communication skills are wanted.
A welder's CV from Harare or Bulawayo should name the welding processes, the steels and the piping work done, with HEXCO certificates shown clearly. Build a boilermaker CV with Build AI CV and put leadership examples beside the technical ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out welding using the GMAW (STT), FCAW and GTAW processes

Requirements & Eligibility
- Holding a trade qualification (preferred if you are a pipefitter)
- Professional welding and fabrication experience, and for pipefitters pipe laying experience
- Experience with stainless and carbon steel, and the ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong leadership, high-level technical knowledge, excellent planning and good verbal communication
- Australian work rights or sponsorship eligibility
