Experienced Stonemasons / Stone Fabricators are wanted in Sydney to turn natural and engineered or manufactured stone into kitchen benchtops and other stone products, in a 100% wet-processing / water-fed operation. The business is looking for people who take pride in high-quality work, on a full-time, permanent, long-term basis with an immediate start.
Hours run Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm, and overtime and Saturday work are available. Employer sponsorship may be available for suitably qualified and experienced international candidates who meet all Australian immigration requirements; overseas applicants and candidates in Australia on a temporary visa are welcome to apply, stating their location, visa status, qualifications and stonemasonry experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Make benchtops and other products from natural and manufactured stone.
- Cut, shape, polish and finish stone, including laminating and mitring edges.
- Make high-quality mitred joins and neat edges.
- Work from plans, drawings and measurements.
- Work accurately and efficiently in a busy production setting.
- Maintain workmanship and follow workplace health and safety procedures and company systems.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated stonemasonry and stone fabrication experience with natural and manufactured stone.
- Confident with laminating, mitring, polishing and finishing.
- Can work from plans and drawings.
- Delivers consistently high-quality finishes.
- Works independently and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail, with pride in workmanship.
- Reliable and hardworking, efficient when the pace is fast.
- Physically capable of the role.
- Current driver's licence.
- Holds or will obtain a White Card.
- Beneficial: forklift licence (an advantage, not essential).
- 3+ years' relevant industry experience is preferred; suitably skilled applicants with less experience will be considered.
