Trade · New Plymouth, New Zealand · Full-Time · $32 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
A New Plymouth branch of a national vegetation management company is hiring a safety-focused Utility Arborist to look after vegetation around powerlines around the Taranaki region. Assessing the vegetation, planning and coordinating the work, and partnering closely with clients, property owners and line crews all help the electrical infrastructure stay steady.
The week runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with optional overtime. Training is part of the job and there is room to advance. The employer is an accredited employer, so AEWV sponsorship is part of the picture. It is practical outdoor work with a routine that follows the working week.
From Harare or Bulawayo, an arborist's CV should name the tree work done, the equipment used and any HEXCO certificate held. Create your arborist CV with Build AI CV and keep safety training visible.
