Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop independent customers and key accounts as one portfolio.
- Form strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Look for sales growth within existing accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and find commercial opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and meet agreed targets.
- Feed market and customer insights back to the business.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Commercially hungry, proactive and ambitious, with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale, field sales or a related environment.
- A strong understanding of retail and independent customers.
- Proven account management, sales or business development experience, with a strong commercial mindset focused on sales growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The confidence to turn opportunities into results.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
