Community Support Worker

Onshore applicants only

Visa sponsorship

Community Services · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $35 - $45/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

Sydney's community and in-home support sector has a full-time opening for a Community Support Worker with a provider that is growing. The provider is after a qualified, compassionate and motivated person who can deliver person-centred support to individuals, families and vulnerable community members, including older people and those living with disability. The work includes assessing what clients need, joining up community services and shaping programs that promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion.

Applicants already in Australia, whether Australian residents or other eligible candidates, are welcome. Sponsorship for a visa could be offered to candidates who are suitably qualified and eligible, through the 494 regional (Provisional), 186 Employer Nomination Scheme, Subclass 407 Training and 482 Skills in Demand pathways, depending on employer approval, the visa requirements, whether the occupation is eligible and individual circumstances.

A strong community services CV names the qualification first, then the kinds of clients, programs and case records you have handled. Applicants from Harare or Bulawayo can add local community or health roles. Put your CV together with Build AI CV.
