Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of financial control.
- Take charge of day-to-day fund operations.
- Oversee and review the outsourced providers for fund administration, property accounting and tax.
- Lead financial reporting, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Assist with compliance.
- Liaise with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners as needed, external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified, with relevant client experience in the funds or property sector as a FM or Senior FM.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- A strong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive and positive approach to work.
