Assistant Chef
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Contract · $35/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Fresh, modern pub food, served to a high standard at lunch and dinner every day: that is the plan at a Sydney pub changing hands, and it is hiring an Assistant Chef. The new owners want a neighbourhood hub and sports venue with more entertainment and renovations through the hotel.
Hours are casual, on Monday and Tuesday for lunch and dinner and Saturday and Sunday for lunch or dinner, rising as the venue grows. Applicants ready to start straight away are strongly preferred. The venue may be able to offer sponsorship opportunities to the right candidate, and enthusiastic, innovative and aspirational cooks or chefs are what it is after.
Zimbabwean cooks, including HEXCO graduates, can strengthen a CV by naming the kitchens and service styles they have worked in. Build AI CV is a quick way to produce it.
