Do you thrive on a busy bar floor? An expanding Perth hospitality group wants a seasoned, driven Bar Manager or Duty Manager for its bar and grill, with at least 3 years' experience in busy pubs, taverns, bars or similar venues.
The post is full-time and long-term. For a suitably experienced and eligible candidate, Subclass 482 sponsorship may be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after bar and venue operations every day
- Guide, supervise and train bar and front-of-house staff, and keep the customer experience excellent
- Control stock, ordering and inventory, and handle cash and the opening and closing routines
- Meet RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety obligations
- Support rostering, staff performance, cost control, functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3 years or more of relevant management or supervisory experience in hospitality (a minimum)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Has worked in a pub or tavern that is busy
- A current RSA certificate
- WA Approved Manager accreditation, or a readiness to obtain it
- Can work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable and professional
- Able to work independently
