Key Responsibilities
- Look after day-to-day operations for high tea, weddings, corporate functions and private events
- Lead and roster the front-of-house team, then train and develop them
- Work with the General Manager, events and kitchen so every event runs smoothly
- Keep service and venue presentation high, and respond to guest feedback
- Drive revenue, control costs and manage compliance with WHS and RSA
- Own the venue's operations from open to close
Requirements & Eligibility
- Premium hospitality experience as a Restaurant, Venue or Events Manager
- Warm, approachable personality with guests and team
- Confident, hands-on leader who owns operations
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Available nights and weekends, including every weekend, public holidays and peak event periods
- ACT RSA
- Calm in a busy venue
