A listed restaurant operator's busy quick-service outlet in Perth wants a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the team. The pay starts from $72,300 per year. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the crew during service, so that guests have a good experience and feedback is dealt with carefully.
- Keep food quality, hygiene and safety at the expected standard.
- Coach and onboard staff.
- Assist with rosters and compliance, and keep records and systems tidy.
- Help roll out promotions.
- Share updates and keep the team informed and motivated.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Solid background in restaurant or hospitality management, including proven experience.
- Natural leader, communicates well and handles people skillfully.
- Prepared to get hands dirty and lead from the front.
- Calm when under pressure and fast on your feet.
- Strong leadership and communication, with a hands-on, results-focused approach.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment focused on customers.
