An established bakery and hospitality business in Melbourne's inner west, popular with local regulars, is hiring an experienced and reliable Baker to run the overnight bake solo. The role suits a person who values the stillness of night work and wants to see the shelves full of beautiful bread by dawn.
Working hours are roughly 10 pm to 5 am over six days, with Wednesdays off; exact times are open to discussion and flexibility helps. The baker works independently from start to finish across bread, pastries and donuts. There is an immediate start and 4 weeks of annual leave, and the business offers visa sponsorship for the right candidate (if applicable).
