Brisbane hotel venue seeks chefs at all levels, casual, part-time or full-time. The menu is varied: grill dishes, wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, share plates, seafood and pub classics.
Organised, punctual and reliable chefs who can work autonomously under the guidance and direction of the senior head chefs will fit, and the job offers experience across a diverse menu in a fast-paced kitchen. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.

- Focused and responsive to direction.
- Free to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- A valid Food Handler's Certificate.
