A Sydney harbourside bar and dining venue wants to hire a Chef de Partie (CDP) alongside commis chefs. It serves lunch and dinner 6 days a week, and its kitchen puts attention to detail and an explorative spirit into every dish.
The venue's success means room for an experienced CDP in a dynamic team. Positions are full-time, part-time and casual, on a flexible rotating roster. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Mise-en-place preparation and freshness.
- Keeping stocks under the best conditions.
- Cooking and serving food in line with the restaurant's quality and service standards.
- Training kitchen staff as the chef in charge directs.
- Safety and cleanliness across kitchen and food storage areas.
- Raising the performance of the kitchen team and helping to keep a harmonious environment across all restaurant staff.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Passion for cooking; punctual and hard-working.
- Eager to learn.
- A good team player who supports a culture of teamwork.
