Perth's award-winning modern Asian restaurant is recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie or Commis Chef to join a kitchen team that is already thriving. The cooking is bold and balanced, the doors are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, and weekly volume tops 1,000 covers.
As part of a hospitality precinct, the restaurant shares one kitchen with several other venues, giving a varied, busy workload and the chance to learn from senior chefs eager to develop the next leaders. The employer may consider sponsorship for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep food exceptional and consistent at every service
- Work to recipes and the instructions of senior chefs and managers while moving across pans, wok, fryers, larder and grill
- Cope on your own in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- Back up the shared kitchen behind the precinct's venues
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years' work as a chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Asian cuisine experience is preferred but not essential
- Relevant experience for the position, and a commercial cookery certificate
- Flexible about weekends and public holidays
- Drive and willingness to grow into a leadership role
