Imagine running a section in a French bistrot and wine bar on the Victorian coast, beside the Head Chef, with classic technique and quality local produce on the pass. This Chef de Partie job offers a relaxed, welcoming environment, generous flavours and a friendly, close-knit team.

Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 5 years in professional kitchens
- Preferred: French cuisine experience and a passion for French cooking
- Confident managing a section independently during busy service
- Strong preparation and organisation
- Strong time-management skills
- A positive attitude, reliability and a team-focused approach
