Hospitality · Hamilton, New Zealand · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Hamilton has a permanent full-time vacancy for a Chef at a café whose employer is an Immigration accredited employer, the status that lets an employer sponsor migrant workers.
The brief is simple and it is to deliver quality food, whether the order comes from the café floor, a function or the catering side. Days start with food preparation and cooking and run through to executing the menu, with presentation and hygiene held to high standards. The pace is brisk and no two days are the same, with group bookings, tour groups and special events such as Christmas functions, weddings, birthdays and high teas on the calendar.
