Near Goulburn, in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, an aged care site needs a Chef Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. It is run by an Australian-owned catering contractor that has served aged care, education, retail and remote services for 25 years.
Working weekdays, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, you would be in charge of daily kitchen operations, so that residents are served first-rate meals that fit their dietary needs. Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook fresh, nourishing food in a busy kitchen

Requirements & Eligibility

- Food Safety Supervisor qualification, current
- Food preparation experience
- Bulk cooking and kitchen operations background
- Knowledge of texture-modified diets
- Ability to cater for individual dietary requirements
- Customer service and communication skills
- Independent working, priority management, high standards
- Current National Criminal History Check and ability to meet the site's flu vaccination requirements
