Casual chef work, with 35-40 hours a week on offer to the right candidate, is available at a large, modern Sunshine Coast community club. Its food and beverage outlets, events and function centre and sports bar all need kitchen cover. After an agreeable trial period as a casual, the employer will consider sponsorship for the right applicant.
Applicants should already have the right to work in Australia at the time of application.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the head chef in keeping service efficient
- Meet the requirements of the Food Safety Act and the food safety system
- Keep the quality of food high across all outlets
- Keep what is served consistent and up to standard
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least three years' commercial kitchen background
- Bistro cuisine experience is desirable
- Excellent at dealing with people and communicating
- Honest, dependable and positive about service, and a team member
- Can multitask and stay effective under pressure; time management is essential
- Neat, tidy and well presented at all times
- Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application
