The precinct has several restaurants, bars, a beer garden and function and event spaces, and it wants cooks who are genuinely invested in great food and guest experiences.
Cooks work in a fast-paced kitchen under the direction of senior chefs, contribute to budgets and menu development in their own area of expertise, and take a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard under the senior chefs' direction
- Help create exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced kitchen
- Contribute to budgets and menu development in your field, and work a rotating roster with weekends and public holidays
Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification plus at least 12 months of relevant experience, or at least 3 years of relevant experience when not trade qualified
- Budget and menu development experience in your field
- Able to follow direction and keep standards high
- Enthusiastic about fast-paced hospitality and passionate about food
- Willing to learn, develop and grow
- Strong teamwork and communication, guest-first thinking and pride in your craft, with flexibility for a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
