A pub with strong community roots in Sydney's south-east, owned by a larger hotel group, needs a Duty Manager who is hands-on and focused on people. Regulars are loyal and trade is consistent across the bar, gaming, sport, events and guest rooms; the group places importance on governance, standards and leadership development.
You would own shifts and contribute to operations on both sides of the house. The job fits an experienced Duty Manager or a senior supervisor who is ready for a broader leadership position. Sponsorship is available.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct shift activity covering bar, gaming, functions and guest rooms
- Manage venue open and close procedures
- Handle cash and reporting
- Assist on function and event days
- Support ordering, stock management and supplier coordination
- Play a part in rostering and labour efficiency
- Contribute to venue compliance across RSA, RCG, gaming, WHS and food safety
- Take part in local marketing and promotions inside the venue
- Coach and grow team members while holding service standards and guest experience
Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 1 year in the role of Duty Manager or Senior Supervisor
- Experience with gaming, TAB and KENO, with current RSA, RCG and ARCG
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Calm, organised and solutions-focused
- Comfortable balancing service, people and compliance
- Back-of-house experience highly regarded; experience with functions, guest-room operations, inventory, rostering, compliance reporting and local marketing is favourable
