Looking for a head chef post with room to put your name on the menu? A hospitality group with a solid name and plans to grow is hiring for its waterfront restaurant, which has around 80 seats and serves flavour-forward modern Australian dishes, small or shared, prepared in-house with local produce.
The Head Chef drafts menus with the owner, develops the brigade and runs the pass during busy service. The job is full-time, on a 38-hour week. Existing head chefs can apply, and senior sous chefs ready to take that first head chef step are also welcome. Visa sponsorship can be discussed with the right person.
