This Head Chef role is in Perth, at a busy café on the river that serves breakfast and lunch, so there are no evening shifts and the work is in the daytime. You must be free at weekends. The café is after an experienced Senior Chef or Kitchen Lead who can take over the kitchen.
Your job would be to guide the team, keep every service moving and protect the quality, consistency and presentation of the food. Sponsorship from the employer may be available for an exceptional candidate, subject to experience, performance, suitability and applicable visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide the team in the kitchen while service is on
