Full-time kitchen roles are open at a restaurant south of Melbourne that cooks American-style food in high volume. It is recruiting an experienced Head Chef and an experienced Sous Chef or Cook to work with burgers, grill and fryer, in a kitchen that does plenty of prep before service so the peaks stay manageable.
Start is immediate, and shifts run Wednesday to Sunday. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen as Head Chef or back it up as Sous Chef or Cook, cooking burgers and running grill and fryer
- Handle the heavy prep needed to keep busy peak services running smoothly, working Wednesday to Sunday

- Background as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or Cook in a high-volume restaurant
- Able to work Wednesday to Sunday and begin straight away
