Key Responsibilities
- Have full ownership of the kitchen and its team
- Finish the launch menu and develop it
- Recruit, train and inspire the brigade
- Look after ordering, food cost and prep systems
- Build supplier relationships
- Drive quality, consistency and efficiency at service
- Keep standards high from opening night
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef, 5+ years in fast-paced venues
- Passion for cooking and premium local ingredients
- Leads by motivating and mentoring, and builds team culture
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Ready to start immediately and take on a ground-up build
- Creative flair with grilled and seafood dishes
