A hospitality venue in central Auckland, busy and focused on its guests, is hiring a full-time All-Rounder. The role covers the dining floor, the bar and general hospitality tasks, and the employer trains new people as they work.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after guests at their tables: greet them, take orders and bring food and drinks, passing special requests and dietary needs to the kitchen and bar
- Handle payments on the point-of-sale system, and prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks
- Reset tables as guests leave, restock and keep work areas and the venue in order, following health, safety and food handling rules
- Learn the menu, specials and drinks well enough to recommend them, and work closely with kitchen and bar staff when the venue is busy
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hospitality experience in a fast-paced venue, including some waiting or bar service
- Passion for customer service, plus strong communication with guests and the team
- Stamina to stay on your feet through long, busy shifts, and a reliable, punctual approach
- A positive, flexible attitude and good teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene; POS experience is desirable and training can be provided
- Barista or bartending qualifications are an advantage but not essential
