Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the pizza section whenever service is busy, keeping quality, cooking and presentation steady.
- Hand-stretch dough and cook Italian-style pizza in the wood-fired oven.
- Prepare dough and oversee its fermentation.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Pizza Chef.
- Strong Italian-style pizza skills with confident hand-stretching of dough.
- Working knowledge of a wood-fired oven and of dough preparation and fermentation.
- Capable of managing the pizza section confidently in busy service, with consistent quality, cooking and presentation.
- Reliable and organised, with a passion for Italian food and at ease in a busy restaurant.
